DEEP TISSUE
Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in muscles and connective tissue or fascia. Deep tissues work is done to treat the deeper muscles of the body. It is designed to treat constant pain due to heavy physical activity or injury. It is often quite intense as a result of deep specific work and generally done in a series of treatments.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish massage is done my using long flowing strokes to aid in pain reduction and relaxation. It is helpful for joint stiffness and circulation.
THAI MASSAGE
Thai massage has sometimes been called the "Lazy Man's Yoga" because the therapist is skilled at supporting the client in stretches that are classified as traditional yoga poses. The client can experience the benefits of yoga that may be difficult to achieve unassisted. Thai massage also uses compression and a sequence of pressure techniques that works the energy lines of the body. There are thousands of positions and techniques in the complete repertoire of Thai Massage including, pressure alone sen sip or energy lines, gentle soothing movement, yoga stretching, rhythmic rocking, range of motion work, and joint compression and decompression.
BOWEN OR NEUROMUSCULAR REINTEGRATION TECHNIQUE
Bowen technique is performed by rolling over the fascia, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joint in order to relieve muscle tension. Bowen therapy works directly with your nervous system to restore normal muscle function, and lymphatic flow. It is a gently technique that can be used on all ages. Bowen therapy has shown great result in things such as traumatic muscle injuries, whiplash, nerve damage, frozen shoulder syndrome, stress disorders, respiratory and asthma complaints, acute and chronic fatigue, stroke, bed wetting, digestive problems, menstrual complaints, carpal tunnel syndrome, anorexia, colic, hormonal disorders, learning difficulties, and sciatica.
STONE MASSAGE
Stone Massage is performed by using our handpicked stones to massage the body. Stone massage is a soothing way to relax the muscles of the body and elicit a deep sense of relaxation.
PRE-NATAL MASSAGE
Pre-natal massage is a great way to aid your body through the stresses of pregnancy. Receiving regular massage throughout your pregnancy helps eliminate fluid retention, stress on the lower back and feet and provides an overall sense of wellbeing.

CUPPING
Cupping is used in conjunction with deep tissue massage. Cupping is a method in which suction cups are used to form a vacuum that helps mobilize blood flow and promote healing. Cupping is used for a variety of things such as mayofascial release, lymphatic drainage, sports massage injury, neuromuscular dysfunctions, fibromyalgia, trigger point therapy, traumatic injuries, chronic pain, reflexology, detoxification, cellulite, scars, stretch marks, varicosities, facial treatments, TMJD, general relaxation.
REIKI
Reiki is Japanese, hands on healing technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. It is the most widely used "hands on healing" technique in the world. Reiki is a non-invasive treatment that treats the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is a simple, natural, save method of healing a self-improvement that can be effective for anyone. Reiki can be used in conjunction with all other medical and therapeutic treatments to promote recovery and well being.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a type of foot massage that operates under the principal that the reflex points in the feet connect to the different internal organs and glands of the body. By treating these points in the feet it promotes overall health and balance in the body.
BIOMAT
